The summer dog days are upon us here in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We as of late have seen extremely low water levels along with rising water temps. But the great news is that we have received some much-needed rain over the past few days, which has raised our water levels and brought down the water temperatures.
The flavor on the rivers if you are a dry fly enthusiast will be stone flies, caddis, cahills and don't forget about the Ephron which will be starting up any day now. For the streamer junkie flies such as Zoo Cougars, DNDs, and flies of this nature will serve you well!
