This one is going to be real quick ladies and gentleman.
It is hatch time in the south-central region of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Currently, as I write this the truck is packed and ready to go for yet another evening on the river. Right now we have Brown Drakes, Caddis, ISOs, Sulphurs, Stones, and BWOs coming off in multitudes. The bite during the day has been super tough as we are dealing with low water and quite often bluebird skies. But oh boy when the sun goes down it has been game on! As our guide John put it, we practice all day for the last two hrs at night.
Gotta go as the clients and the river are calling. Until next time stay fishy, be safe and god bless!
