Fishing Report - Fishing the winter steelhead blues
The past couple of weeks were great as the swing bite along with the nymph were dialed in. Now though the cold has set in and things have slowed down considerably! it is now time to if you are going to swing you need to get it low and slow. If you are going to nymph you need to bounce it right off there beak.
Water conditions right now are low, clear and cold soooooo sizing down to a smaller more modest fly will also typically work better!
Until next time God bless and be safe!
