As we approach fall the days are getting short, the nights longer and colder but then you have a day like today, floating down a river and you realize it just doesn't get any better than this!
We covered a lot of river today and even more in the last few days and its been a slow roll! Water levels are good as of right now with water temps ranging from the mid 40s to the mid 50s depending on the system.
There are some kings and cohos rolling about along with a few steelhead and a brown or two but nothing thick as its been kind of a slow start to the fall!
